Hospital-acquired infections don’t exactly scream “engaging campaign.” But the stakes are real—and the message matters. Instead of another clinical PSA, we gave the problem a face. Meet Germy: a grotesque, oversized monster built from real germ-carrying items found in hospitals. Brought to life through a B-movie-inspired campaign, Attack of the Killer Germs, it turned a serious issue into something impossible to ignore—and, more importantly, hard to forget.
