As Creative Lead for McDonald's Global People Group, I led a team focused on engaging the people behind the counter—crew members, franchisees, and corporate teams around the world. From new initiatives to menu rollouts, we developed clear, effective communications designed to simplify complex information at massive scale. Partnering closely with McDonald’s internal teams and production arm we brought these ideas to life offering training content that was both practical and engaging.
