As a contract Creative Director within T-Mobile’s in-house social team, I helped concept and create a steady stream of content designed to engage customers in real time—balancing speed, relevance, and brand voice. That included campaigns like 5 Days of Magenta, a high-energy holiday giveaway built to reward loyal customers and drive social engagement.It also meant developing quick-turn content tied to cultural moments—like a Black History Month series created in partnership with Netflix, where employees shared personal film recommendations, blending authentic voices with branded storytelling. Across it all, the focus was simple: create work that feels immediate, human, and unmistakably T-Mobile.
