Rebuilding Trust. Reframing the Brand.
Trex came to us at a low point. Product issues had eroded confidence with both consumers and contractors, and a new CEO was tasked with turning the business around—but the brand still had work to do. We focused on rebuilding trust where it mattered most: with the trade. That meant creating a dedicated platform for contractors and putting leadership front and center through a national Town Hall tour—addressing concerns directly and transparently. With trust reestablished we launched a new campaign that reintroduced Trex as the category leader. From there, the brand was ready to move forward, with the successful introduction of Transcend, a new product line that marked the next chapter.
